Living A Life That Matters

We were all born to make a difference in this world, that’s living life with a purpose – living a life that matters, and whether or not you’re still searching for it or probably have found it but quite unsure if that’s really how you’re made to be – trust the process because in the end, purpose will always find its way to you. Some points to discern on when searching for purpose –

Both money and recognition are just secondary. Admittedly we all have at least one of them as aims but this shouldn’t be the main drive we have in pursuing our passion. Better to leave a legacy of kindness and lives touched rather than trophies and awards, right?

Do the things that matter. Success is really all about doing and pursuing the things that matter to you and not someone else. I would always say this – determination drives you but passion fuels you to keep going.

Approval of others shouldn’t matter. Pursuing your calling or whatever it is that you aim for in life doesn’t require you to get the “yes” of others. Successful people know what they want in life and don’t require others to concur with it.

Find what matters to you. In the long run success is not about finding the best innovation, business model, structure but it all has to do with what matters to you in the end.

Passion defines everything you do. Pursuers are people with passion to pursue their ideas over and over again and do something about it.

I dont’ want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well. – Diane Ackerman

Be what you love the most and do what you love. It’s not good to not to do what you love. If you don’t love what you’re doing, you’re most likely to lose compared to someone who does. The difference is people with passion try harder even just a bit every day and are not scared to risk trying more things compared to those who only do things for a living.

Be mindful if you’re on the right track. Mind your path and it pays to be aware with how you feel while walking through it. Real love gets attracted to you when you hold it in you.

Rightfully find a place for your passions. Compartmentalize each of your passion and learn to prioritize, eventually and in the long run slowly forming into one common goal.

There’s no such thing as retiring form the things you love. A pursuer’s journey is never-ending and you just keep going on and on.

You owe yourself integrity. Do what matters to you with integrity all the time. The greatest mistake is veering away from the truth on what you truly want to pursue with full commitment, never deny yourself the opportunity to pursue it. Trust your inner voice, be true to you.

Commit to the determination of working towards your goals. Pursuers hold on to the commitment they set in their heart.

Summing it all up, in anything you do always add on determination and passion, you will eventually learn to take on the skill to make it all work out for the best and built to last.
