Very Inspiring, madam.thank you for the encouragement…I am an avid reader of reader’s digest since my highschool days but as times past, when i already have a family engaged to work, and now that i am suffering from multiple sclerosis, my life reached in a point that I have to pause and view life in the different angles because my time is limited already.I remember my copies of that reader’s digest books in different colors but as time fades it was all lost and happy to find one in our family house…I am happy that like Doc belle or Dr Angeles Abangan, not a medical doctor but of education…I know and felt your love of writing…and like doc belle, you are making a difference in the lives of many peopel I am hoping these articles of you be that of reader’s digest that shall reach every shelf of te school and be spread to every homes and on social media to touch and inspire and led us to healthy and wise persons in mind, body and spirit..JESUS WAY…MABUHAY PO KAYO DR. I have always had a problem with myself. I wallow in self deprecation too often and at times I always end up pleasing people (the wrong people) in an effort to
Make them stay. It all goes back to a very dark history and ever since that time I’ve always thought that if I don’t reach a certain criteria or a certain level of respect from everyone, even the people that don’t matter, I am pointless and worthless. Reading this made me cry as in ugly cry. It’s just hard sometimes. Loving oneself is the hardest lesson I’m still trying to grasp. It slips away at a time and sometimes I have it under my grip but only by the tip of my nail. I love this write up. It made me think and made me reevaluate my decisions in life and my current state. Thanks for this Doc Gia ❤️
